Child safety standards
Talkk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content involving minors.
- Talkk is only for adults aged 18 and over. Users confirm their age at sign-up, and every Saathi's identity and age are verified before she can take calls.
- Any account we believe belongs to a minor is closed.
- Any conduct that sexualises, grooms or endangers a child leads to a permanent ban and is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
- Users can report any concern from a profile, during a call, or after a call.
