Delete your Talkk account
In the app
- Open Talkk and go to Profile > Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email hello@talkk.app from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We verify the request with a one-time password and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name, languages, interests, ratings and push tokens are deleted within 30 days.
- Payment and call records are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and accounting law requires, and are then deleted.
- Unused paid minutes can be refunded before deletion as described in our refunds policy.
