How joining works

  2. A short call with usWe message you on WhatsApp within a few days to set up a short call, explain how Talkk and the pay work, and answer your questions.
  3. Get your invite codeIf it is a fit, we send you a personal invite code. It works only for you.
  4. Set up in the appInstall Talkk, open Profile, tap Become a Saathi and enter your code. Pick a display name and an avatar, record a short voice intro and do a quick face check. Add your PAN and UPI ID for payouts.
  5. Go onlineOnce our team approves your profile, go online in your slot every night and answer the calls that come.

Questions

Who calls?

Adults across India, mostly men, who want a friendly conversation in their language: films, cricket, work, their day. Talkk is not a dating app, and romantic or sexual talk is not allowed.

Is my identity safe?

Callers see only the display name and avatar you choose. Your real name, photo and phone number are never shown. Your face check and PAN are seen only by the Talkk team.

What if a caller is rude?

Politely tell him you do not talk about that. If he does not stop, end the call and report him in the app. You can end any call at any time and block anyone. Every call is moderated, and people who break the rules are warned, cut off and banned.

How much can I earn?

You are paid for every minute you talk, and your rate rises as you grow on Talkk. We explain the exact rates on your call, and they are always shown in the app.

When are payouts?

Your earnings collect in the app. You request a payout to your UPI ID and our team pays it.

Do I need training or a degree?

No. You need to be 18 or over, speak Hindi well, have an Android phone or iPhone and enjoy talking with people. Saathis are not counsellors and are not expected to give professional advice.

Does it cost anything?

No. Talkk never charges a Saathi anything. If anyone asks you for money to join, it is not us.
